Module cohomology group of inverse semigroup algebras
Let $S$ be an inverse semigroup and let $E$ be its subsemigroup of idempotents. In this paper we define the $n$-th module cohomology group of Banach algebras and show that the first module cohomology group $HH^1_{ell^1(E)}(ell^1(S),ell^1(S)^{(n)})$ is zero, for every odd $ninmathbb{N}$. Next, for a Clifford semigroup $S$ we show that $HH^2_{ell^1(E)}(ell^1(S),ell^1(S)^{(n)})$ is a Banach sp...
متن کاملComputation of the Sadhana (Sd) Index of Linear Phenylenes and Corresponding Hexagonal Sequences
The Sadhana index (Sd) is a newly introduced cyclic index. Efficient formulae for calculating the Sd (Sadhana) index of linear phenylenes are given and a simple relation is established between the Sd index of phenylenes and of the corresponding hexagonal sequences.
متن کاملGroup Ring Module
The theory of groups, rings and modules is developed to a great depth. Group theory results include Zassenhaus’s theorem and the Jordan-Hoelder theorem. The ring theory development includes ideals, quotient rings and the Chinese remainder theorem. The module development includes the Nakayama lemma, exact sequences and Tensor products.
متن کاملGroup Actions on Algebras and Module Categories
Let k be a field and A a finite dimensional (associative with 1) k-algebra. By modA we denote the category of finite dimensional left A-modules. In many important situations we may suppose that A is presented as a quiver with relations (Q, I) (e.g. if k is algebraically closed, then A is Morita equivalent to kQ/I). We recall that if A is presented by (Q, I), then Q is a finite quiver and I is a...
متن کاملGraded Prime Ideals Attached to a Group Graded Module
Let $G$ be a finitely generated abelian group and $M$ be a $G$-graded $A$-module. In general, $G$-associated prime ideals to $M$ may not exist. In this paper, we introduce the concept of $G$-attached prime ideals to $M$ as a generalization of $G$-associated prime ideals which gives a connection between certain $G$-prime ideals and $G$-graded modules over a (not necessarily $G$-graded Noetherian...
